2024 Holiday Return Policy - Any purchases made between the dates of November 29th, 2024 and December 7th, 2024 can be returned for a STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE only through January 5th, 2025. Any purchases made that receive a Holiday DISCOUNT can be returned for a STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE only through January 5th, 2025. 

NOTE: All purchases made after December 7th, 2024 will fall under our 30 day return policy.

In-Store Return Policy: 7 days for a full refund (to the original form of payment), 30 days for an exchange or store credit. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. All Items must be unworn and tags must be attached or they will not be excepted.

Online Order Return Policy: 7 days from the date you receive your online order for a full refund (to the original form of payment), 15 days for an exchange or store credit. All Items must be unworn and tags must be attached or they will not be excepted. Refunds, Store Credits or Exchanges will not be processed until items are received. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise discussed with management. Please ship to 18 W. Main St. Cartersville, GA 30120

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Submit a return request

Click the profile icon at top right of page.

 

  1. Log in to your account:
  2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  8. Click Request return.

 

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
